P.S. 28Q

The Thomas Emanuel Early Childhood Center

"Little People, Big Dreams"

Vision & Values

It is our wish to establish a safe and nurturing environment, one that stimulates and encourages learning, where activities that are developmentally appropriate for primary age youngsters are utilized effectively to ensure success and learning. We will strive to achieve this vision through employing successful early childhood practices with a strong commitment to high student expectations and achievement. By integrating all curriculum areas into a solid balance literacy and math program and implementing social emotional learning, all students will be provided with the skills and tools necessary to not only succeed in meeting city and state standards, but also to succeed in living life to the fullest.
